This pretty dress ring is crafted in 9ct Yellow Gold and at the centre features a round Created Sapphire 4 claw set with fancy filigree heart style shoulders set with a smaller round created sapphire then marquise shaped shoulder set with 2 round brilliant cut diamonds with a plain half round band.
