9ct Gold Open Circle of Hearts Pendant. Crafted in 9ct yellow gold this pendant features 7 small puff hearts joined together to create an open circle design with a star shape in the centre. One of the hearts has been set with a White Diamond to add that touch of sparkle. This pretty pendant is a modern twist on a tradtional heart necklace. the pendant is finished off with a plain polished bail allowing you to add your favourite necklace to.
