Our beautiful Floating Open Heart Pendant is crafted in 9ct Rose Gold & set on one side is a 0.50 carat Round brilliant Cut Diamond to add that touch of sparkle. The diamond has been set in 4 claws and heart has a polished finish. The Heart measures 21mm x 16mm. The Open Heart Pendant has a slider design and looks great paired with your favourite necklace.
